Priceline - Hotel Hidden 'fixed price'
SPREAD THE WORD

      | 287 |      LEAD PLAINTIFF: chrise08      Case Filed: 2008-04-18
Case Summary:
Priceline offers a "fixed price" bid process which includes "taxes and fees".

However, upon arriving at the hotel the hotel demands a credit card (though all has been pre-paid) and charges a "resort charge". Westin hotels is the most notorious violator of this rule with Priceline.

Fees range from 1-10 dollars; and when multiplied by thousands of people that are defrauded on a daily basis would range into the millions

Case Detail:
I would like to see Priceline and their partners that fraudulently take advantage of the public to refund the fees collected plus ensure that they can never do this again.

Hi ,
ref price line Request Number: 712-138-551-01.
Priceline website is not friendly and I have been fooled to get into making hotel reservation. After that when I did try to cancel priceline harassed me and didnt refund my money. I did put my cases genuinely, but they didnt care.
priceline is just exploiting the situation for innocent customers and its kind of extremely bad deal.
