Case Summary:
I have been buying and selling through PayPal for quite some time now. I generally make around $2000 a month through my web services. However, I have recently been expanding the services I offer and my income jumped from $2000 a month to almost $2000 a day. Two days after implementing this new service, PayPal decided to close my account and keep all of my money locked for 180 days. This has completely left me helpless, as all of the money I make is through PayPal, so all of my money is locked up and there are bills that need to be paid. I would like to file a class action suit against them for wrongfully holding my funds without reason. Anyone willing to join me in this, please state your case as well.

Case Detail:
PayPal has locked more than $7400 of my hard earned money. I have read online that this is not the first time they have done this, nor is this the worst thing they have done by doing this. There are people in Haiti that needed help and money was sent via PayPal and PayPal froze the funds; The same thing happened with Hurricane Katrina victims. Please help me and join my case and hopefully we can help bring this online tyrant down together.

Case Details:
I set up a Bow Building buisness that was handled solely on ebay. Ebay required that I use pay-pal as payment. I had sales for bows and paypal held my money for the bows that I sold. That money was to be used for my buisness expenses like shipping and purchasing more supplies. Since I had no access to the money for shipping I was not able to send the bows in a reasonable amount of time. When I got the capital raised out of my own pocket and shipped the merchandise my customers had wanted a refund which pay-pal issued them after the bows had been shipped. Then Pay-pal stuck me with the bill as owed to pay-pal after they refunded my customers the money and the bows were shipped. As a result I had to close my buisness, and take my bows as a loss, AND still owe pay-pal money!
